Give your guests an experience they'll actually remember. The Little Oak Flower Bar brings a beautifully styled, hands-on floral moment to your celebration — whether you're hosting a bridal shower, birthday, corporate event, baby shower, or any gathering worth doing beautifully.
Every setup includes two stunning backdrops, a fully styled flower bar display, and paper bouquet holders — delivered, set up, and taken down by me so you don't have to think about a thing. All packages include delivery and takedown within a 20 mile radius, for a total of three effortless hours.
Choose the experience that fits your event:
🌸 Setup Only — $180 — The full flower bar experience, beautifully styled and ready for your guests. Flowers are not included with this tier — you source your own stems and let your guests do the arranging. It's a great option if you already have flowers in mind or want full creative control over what's on the bar.
🌸 Setup + Bouquets for 25 — $425 — Everything above, plus fresh flowers provided by Little Oak for each of your 25 guests to create their own six stem bouquet, a beautiful arrangement to take home.
🌸 Setup + Bouquets for 50 — $600 — Everything above, scaled for a larger celebration. Fresh flowers provided by Little Oak for up to 50 guests to design their own six stem bouquet and take a little piece of the party with them.
A $100 deposit secures your date for any package and is applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
Six stem bouquets are an average of $14 per person.

✨ Staffed Flower Bar (50+ guests) — Inquire for Pricing — For larger celebrations, add a Little Oak florist to staff your flower bar in person — guiding guests, styling bouquets, and keeping the experience seamless from start to finish. Available for events of 50 guests or more.

Includes 14 pages of measured drawings, step-by-step instructions, a full materials list, cut lists with lettered parts, a recommended tools list, and all key measurements and details. There's also a sewing guide for the scalloped awning.
This is the same Flower Bar I built and use for my own business, Little Oak Marketplace. I built and tested every piece myself, from cutting the first sheet of plywood to sewing the last scallop.
The setup holds six 8" galvanized buckets and hangs bouquet bags on a matching ladder, so it's ready for markets, weddings, showers and pop-up events.
